On January 1, 2004, Gremley & Beidermann and James Schaeffer & Schimming, Inc. merged to become divisions of Professional Land and Construction Surveyors Corporation (PLCS). 

October, 2007 we proudly announce that Chicago Guarantee Survey Company has also joined Professional Land and Construction Surveyors Corporation (PLCS).
